Internal lay-out of leased premisesa

The interior areas of NewAge Center office building are to be finally created according to the individual demands of the tenants with view to the technical parameters of the building. There is an opportunity to create both cellular and open-space offices within the leased premises. Design work and implementation is provided for by the owner’s own team of architects and constructors. Maintenance and professional operation of the office building is also provided for by the developer company group. The rent shall include the interior design implementation of the individual office areas in a turn-key condition, according to the standard technical description, with specified materials and technological solutions.
On demand, leased premises with parameters beyond the standard lay-out may also be implemented under a separate agreement.

 

Elements of the standard lay-out

3.2.2. Hot water tanks – electric boilers per each block and floor with continuous operation
3.2.3. Water pipe network – galvanized steel backbone pipe with AF/ARMAFLEX insulation, plastic TUBOLIT branching pipes

3.2.5. Sewage system – WAVIN POLO KAL NG and KG PVC pipe system

3.3. Ventillation system
3.3.1. Office spaces – 2 air handling equipment on the roof ensuring fresh air supply

Low current equipment

The Office Building is equipped with a building management system (BMS), CO detection system, fire
alarm system and a safety access control system.
