office building are to be finally created
according to the individual demands of the tenants with view to
the technical parameters of the building. There is an opportunity
to create both cellular and open-space offices within
the leased premises. Design work and implementation is provided
for by the owner’s own team of architects and constructors. Maintenance
and professional operation of the office building is also provided
for by the developer company group. The rent shall include
the interior design implementation of the individual office
areas in a turn-key condition, according to the standard technical description,
with specified materials and technological solutions.
